FCourier was established in Shanghai. Founders Xie Ling and Liu Shiyi developed a vertical takeoff and landing aircraft featuring patented retractable rotor technology and successfully completed the maiden flight of its first prototype.

Headquarters relocated to Zhongshan in February. Completed the angel round of financing, won First Prize in the Zhongshan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and secured RMB 6 million in funding as part of the 7th batch of innovative and entrepreneurial research teams.

The E6A, our flagship model, was developed and introduced to the specialized applications market, where it was field-tested in demanding flight environments.

Completed the development of the C20 heavy-lift logistics UAV and successfully entered the specialized applications market.

Completed a RMB 20 million financing round, established Vertaxi, initiated the design and R&D of manned eVTOL aircraft, and established the Shanghai R&D Center.

At the beginning of the year, completed a Series A financing round of tens of millions of dollars, led by Yunhui Capital with participation from existing shareholder RongYi Capital, and in March, relocated to the new office at Tannan Creative Park.
